What is a Energy Identity Certificate?
According to the Law No. 5627 on Energy Efficiency and the Regulation on Energy Performance in Buildings issued accordingly, it is a document containing information on the energy requirement and energy consumption classification of the building, greenhouse gas emission level, insulation properties and efficiency of heating and/or cooling systems in order to ensure effective and efficient use of energy and energy resources in buildings, prevention of energy waste and protection of the environment. With this document, it is aimed to reduce Turkey's energy costs by designing energy efficient buildings and thus contribute to the economy.
